One Girl One Pad Campaign

Break the Silence. Keep Girls in School.

No girl should miss school because of her biology. We address one of the leading causes of absenteeism among adolescent girls—lack of access to menstrual health products and education. By combining practical support with awareness and community engagement, the program ensures that girls can consistently stay in school with dignity.

What We Do

Menstrual health and hygiene education

Menstrual health management education for girls in schools across Pwani and Dar es Salaam region.

Distribution of sanitary products

2,600+ sanitary pads distributed to ensure dignity and school attendance.

Community discussions to end period stigma and create supportive environments.

Awareness campaigns to reduce stigma

Evolving into "He Future Project" creating local jobs for young women through reusable pad production.
