Agriculture is Tanzania's backbone, yet many youth see it as a last resort. We are changing that perception by transforming young people into successful agri-entrepreneurs.

Juma completed our training in 2023 and started a vegetable farm with just a small plot. Today, he employs 3 other youth and supplies vegetables to schools in his community.
Our youth farmers are now producing vegetables that feed their communities, reducing reliance on imported produce and creating sustainable local food systems.
