Empowering Women Ages 18–35

We support out-of-school young women through vocational training and digital literacy, enabling them to build sustainable livelihoods and become self-reliant.

What We Do

Vocational Training

Tailoring, hairdressing, and crafts training with certified instructors and hands-on practice.

Digital Literacy

Basic computer skills, smartphone usage, and digital marketing for small businesses.

Financial Literacy

Budgeting, saving, and small business management skills for economic independence.

Startup Support

Seed funding, equipment, and mentorship to help women launch their own businesses.

From Trainee to Trainer

Fatma completed our tailoring program in 2023. Today, she runs her own shop in Dar es Salaam and has trained 5 other women in her community.
